Guys meet Elliot, Elliot came to me desperately needing help. He was clueless to what he was doing in the weight room and needed help to understand what exercises he could do get him started on his fitness journey.

2 weeks in and he is on a basic programme to help him build confidence and to work on his technique.
He is making steady progress and is applying everything he is been taught during our seasons.

Guys I am overwhelmed by how many people are in Elliots situation, they plod on week after week in the gym doing exercises with poor form and in many cases exercises that are simply way to advanced for their current level of experience.

All my clients have been in that situation and they get to the point where they simply through lack of progress reach out to me for help.

Guys first post in a while, this is Kinga. Kinga is new to the weight room and was unsure what machines did what and if her form was correct.

2 weeks in and already she is gaining confidence and her form is improving.

First PT of 2025, this is Kellie, Kellie started her sessions with me just before Christmas and is back ready to hit her goals this year.

Kellie had a programme but she didn't feel it was right for goals, so she approached me for some advice.

I designed a programme that I feel was better suited for her current level and experience and covered all of her objectives that her goals demanded.

Kellie like all my clients is quite new to the weight room so keeping the programme mainly machine based so she can work on her technique is key.

Guys another Christmas 🎄 is here and I know some of you are going to be worried about staying on track with your goals.

This is the one of those times when I say take a break, stop counting those calories, stop worrying about hitting the gym, spend time with your family and friends.

Guys it okay to relax, over indulge in those foods you normally avoid, then after Christmas you can resume your fitness journey.

So please don't beat yourself up if you let yourself go this Christmas and New year, it's okay to take a slight detour on your journey knowing that you can get back on track once the festive times are over.

Hi guys, this is Dalton, Dalton is 3 weeks in to his course with me where he is learning about the weight room and what machines suit his needs.

He is already making progress and is gaining confidence with each session. Dalton is like most of my clients had very little knowledge of the weight room and just needed some guidance to get him started.

Guys this is Ollie, Ollie has just finished a 4 week course with me where he wanted to learn more about the weight room. He his a running coach at Northwood Stadium at present so only had limited knowledge about the weight room.

Like always with new clients I designed a basic routine for him so he could get used to the equipment and work on his form while he performed the exercise.

It was great working with Ollie, and finding out about his coaching with his running clients, and I hope to work again with him in the near future.

Guys meet Jason, Jason is a complete novice to the gym yet alone the weight room. Jason has been training with me now for 3 weeks and is following a basic full body workout to get him used to what the machines do and what he should be feeling in the muscles been activated.

Jason is already starting to connect with his muscles when he is performing each exercise and is slowly starting to gain confidence, I am hoping in the next few weeks he will be confidenced enough to do the workout on his own.

Next I need to look at Jason's nutrition and see if I can improve his eating habits to insure his health and recovery in the gym are improved.
