Join Hannah on Thursdays for Pilates at 7pmπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ
A beginner Pilates class focusing on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and promoting overall body alignment and posture. The exercises are low-impact and can be performed on a mat (provided by us).
Each session incorporates controlled movements, deep breathing, and a focus on muscle engagement to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness. Expect a calm, mindful pace, with an emphasis on your form and controlled movements. Some classes also include stretches or relaxation at the end to help with muscle recovery.
You will be led through a one hour class by the instructor, who is also on hand to assist where needed.

Aerial yoga also runs on Thursday's at 8pm, a great time as it will relax you ready for a calming evening.
