Join our Charity Fundraiser at Simply Pilates Longridge…

This is Kirsty. And this is why we’re going non-stop for 12 hours on Saturday 4th July. 💛

Kirsty is the sister of one of our wonderful Simply Pilates clients. She is a mum of three and has been diagnosed with terminal secondary breast cancer with bone metastasis. She is now fundraising for specialist treatment at a clinic in India — and every penny counts.

At Simply Pilates, we’re running a full day of Reformer Jumpboard & Abs sessions — 7am to 7pm, non-stop, with one goal: keep a body on the reformer every single minute of those 12 hours without stopping. Sessions are 30 minutes, capped at 8 people, and run throughout the entire day. Never done it before? Come anyway — all exercises are adapted to suit every ability, including complete beginners.

It is here...... We are Reforming for More Tomorrows with Simply Pilates Longridge.

The goal is to keep the reformer tables moving for 12 hours with people filling 30 minute sessions throughout the 12 hours. All Money goes to Kirsty's fund.

Our Friday morning line-up is built for anyone looking to fit a workout into a busy schedule. These are fast-paced sessions, focusing on jump boards and core work to get you moving early.

Whether you need a quick burst before the school run or a full session before work, we have a few different times to choose from:

6:15 AM: Jump Board (30 mins)
6:50 AM: Abs Class (30 mins)
7:25 AM: Jump Board (30 mins)
8:00 AM: Reformer (55 mins)

Lately, we’ve been running our group induction sessions here at the studio, and it has been fantastic welcoming so many new faces. But we also know that stepping into a group environment for the first time isn't for everyone, and that is completely okay.

If you are managing an old injury, feeling a bit nervous about the equipment, or simply want 100 percent of our focus on you, a Private 1 to 1 Induction might be exactly what you need.

These tailored sessions allow us to focus entirely on your unique posture, movement patterns, and goals. There is absolutely no rush and no pressure, meaning you can ask all the questions you want and build total confidence on the Reformer or Mat before stepping into a main class (or continuing with private sessions).
