It has been an absolutely pleasure to see all the throwbacks from our first ever Strictly Come Longridge Charity Gala back in 2023!!

It is time to kick things back off, however, this year's Strictly Come Longridge will look a little different! Understandably, due to all companies struggling for spare time to commit to raising money, we have had a slight change of plans!

Keep your eyes peeled as this year we have over 200 competitors taking part in Strictly Come Longridge 2025!!! That's right, we said 200!!

You've watched our dancers perform, now it's your turn to learn from our very own Strictly Come Longridge Professional Teachers!!

Brand New Adults Ballroom and Latin classes for Beginners!! 💃🕺

Take your first steps and discover the diverse world of Ballroom and Latin dance with a Professional 12x British Ballroom Champion!!

Starting on the 14th of May 2024, our beginner classes will be held at Longridge Cricket Club every Tuesday from 7pm.

At a discounted price, we will be running a monthly package, which includes a private 1 to 1 lesson!

Strictly Come Longridge 2024 💃🕺

After another very successful event at the Strictly Come Longridge Charity Gala 2024, we are delighted to announce that we have raised an incredible £12,586 for Rosemere Cancer Foundation!!!

Congratulations to our overall winners Thomas and Lydia from Pendle Hill Properties and to our Judges favourite winners Harriet and Matthew, representing Longridge Hockey Club!

We would like to to thank each and everyone of you who has donated, supported and contributed towards the event in any way.

We would like to give a huge thank you to our main sponsor, RM Audio & stage hire. This year, RM Audio and Stage Hire have gone above and beyond to make the event look spectacular! We couldn't have provided the showtopping event without your help and support.

Thank you to Graham Liver who offered his time to host the Strictly Come Longridge Charity Gala. It was an honour having you attend, and we have since recieved many compliments on how Graham was an exceptional host!

Thank you to our judges, Will and Be Smith, the Mayor of Ribble Valley Mark Hindle, and former Strictly Come Dancing Professional Ian Waite.

Thank you to Ribble Valley Events Company for helping us add all of the finishing touches to the venue, hair by Jasmine Youles, makeup by Grace Salisbury Makeup and to our Latin professionals Wendy Greenwood and Al Valentine for putting on yet another spectacular demonstration!

With just over 24 hours left until the Strictly Come Longridge Charity Gala, our couples have gone and smashed the groups personal fundraising target, having currently raised £9,180 between them!💃🕺

We couldn't be more proud of how each and every one of them have progressed over the last 10 weeks, and we can't wait to see them go head to head for the Glitterball trophy tomorrow evening!

Last year we raised a grand total of £15,200. Please keep donating and help us raise even more this year, as every penny helps!

Unfortunately it is with great sadness that both Lucy and Rob are having to withdraw from this year's event.

Lucy has just been given a date for a double mastectomy. This is something that she has been waiting years for, as she is at a very high risk of breast cancer. The operation will be the week before our showstopping event, which will not give her enough time to recover to dance.

This is the reason we are supporting Rosemere Cancer Foundation every year, to help people like Lucy get the support, operations and care that is needed!

Ourselves and the entire Strictly Class of 2024 are fully supporting Lucy through her operation, and wish her a speedy recovery!
