This is why your health and fitness journey keeps failing ⬇️

We all think the journey will be a straight line from where we are now to where we want to be.

But the reality is very few people ever experience that.

Most people live in Slide 2.

They start full of motivation.
They go for it.
They have a great first couple of weeks.

Then life happens.

Work gets busy.
The routine becomes harder to maintain.
The excitement wears off.

And because there’s no structure, support or accountability…they stop.

A few weeks later they start again.

And repeat the same cycle for months, sometimes years.

The people who succeed live in Slide 3.

Their journey isn’t perfect.

They miss workouts.
They have bad weeks.
They lose motivation.
They face setbacks.

But they have support when things get difficult.

They have accountability when they want to quit.

They have a plan that adapts when life throws challenges at them.

That’s why coaching works.

A few of my clients got together for a meet-up and took on a brutal 12-round challenge… and every single one of them absolutely smashed it 💪🏻

What stood out wasn’t just the effort. It was seeing how much stronger, fitter, and more confident they’ve become compared to when they first started.

Sometimes progress isn’t just about photos, measurements, or PBs in the gym. Sometimes it’s showing up, pushing your limits, and proving to yourself what you’re capable of.
