Hello, I'll be hosting a Christmas themed yoga on Wednesday 13th December at Longniddry Community Centre.
If you need time to unwind in the lead up to Christmas please book and come along. Mulled wine, mince pies and chat afterwards.
If you have a class pass you can just add £3 to equal the ticket price.

Hello, I'll be hosting a Christmas themed yoga on Wednesday 13th December at Longniddry Community Centre.

Camel (Ustrasana) and wheel pose (urdhva dhanurasana) are both back bends and heart opening postures which help broaden the chest and stretch the muscles and fascia on the front of the body. By working with the breath we can create more space and openess in the heart and chest area.

These postures are especially good if you are WFH or sat at a desk all day.

Vinyasa flow class at Out of the Blue on Dalmeny Street at 6:30pm on Thursday. £4 for first class and £8 they're after. Please contact me if you require more details.
