Healing begins when we turn towards our pain with compassion and curiosity
I am hosting a grief workshop at my beautiful, peaceful home on the hill in the Forest of Dean (GL15)
We ALL experience grief but we don’t all learn to grieve
When we think of grief its mostly associated with bereavement, a loved one dying, yet during our lives we experience many endings (deaths!) and losses, if not fully felt these natural human emotions sit inside us but are far from dormant
Grief is a loss you didn’t want
I have had my own fair share of grief and it was through actually acknowledging this to myself and then in front of another that my grieving actually began. I had no idea I was holding so much! I am passionate about sharing this with you!
The main work in my coaching practice has been helping clients express this unprocessed pain that dims their light, creates stuckness, depression, anxiety and much more
We don’t need fixing we need to feel
THIS IS HEALING
What I am offering here is time to stop, to listen, to be still long enough to feel into and have words for what you have been pushing down. An opportunity to be with other courageous souls who have also decided to tend to their hearts
Whatever you bring, from the death of a loved one, a precious pet, the mother/father you didn’t get, the loss of a job or Identity, the failed relationship, the life you dreamt of, the child leaving home…..all and more are welcome
I hope to spend as much time outside as possible weather permitting (booked!), we will talk, walk, laugh and most likely cry but most of all connect to ourselves and eachother
Light lunch, sweet treat, teas and coffee provided and maybe biscuits!
Limited numbers fostering connection (max 😎
