Hi Team, after a successful test here a couple of weeks ago, we’re back again for the MSV Press Day. The weather has been awful, but at the moment the sun is shining!! News about our plans for the season will be confirmed soon, but one thing for sure is that we will be racing in Europe again this year…. 😊

Here are some highlights from the second Britcar Trophy race at Silverstone on Sunday and a class podium finish! Sadly we couldn't get 5th gear to work but had a great time nonetheless with great support as ever from JRW Motorsport.

As the world watches Hamilton vs. Verstappen, for those of you who like a bit of door-to-door saloon car racing, here is our highlights reel from Clive's Trackday Championship final round race at Brands Hatch. This video is not one for the faint-hearted but is certainly action-packed (sound on for some commentary too)! Clive was mortified that his error meant Shaun couldn't race in the later Trackday Trophy race but both are pleased with how the car has performed this year and look forward to getting back out in 2022. Huge thanks to Beaufort Financial - Reading for all its support - the team hopes you and your guests have loved watching some competitive action this year and enjoying the trackdays too. We must also say a big thank you to JRW Elite Automotive for sourcing, rebuilding and maintaining and supporting our now beloved Golf and for your patience as the boys have tried to get to grips with it! Have a great Christmas everyone and hope to see you trackside next year!

Fastest lap from qualifying earlier today plus a couple of highlights of people spinning in front of us. Our best still wasn't without traffic so hopefully we can be even quicker during the race. Here are the highlights of the boys' first race in the new toy - Shaun taking the start (and then the restart) before handing over to Clive for the second stint. Both enjoyed a well-prepared car by JRW Elite Automotive and were pleased to bring her home in once piece and not to come last! With thanks to Beaufort Financial - Reading for a fantastic weekend!
