We had fun repping out these bad boys this morning.

I think everyone surprised themselves but that’s what all the previous sessions have been building up to so I was never in doubt 😎

Never underestimate the power of the mind either. When I told the group the plan for the session, they all looked at me gone out 🤓 but I knew they could all do it based on the months of previous workouts.

Whether their fitness journey is weight loss, time for themselves, social, rehab, getting stronger, I respect and support each and every person on their journey. ❤️
