After recently accepting a position as Technical & Performance Coach with Estonia Cricket, Paul spent the weekend with the Men’s National side in their build up to their World Cup Qualifiers.
•
A days coaching on Saturday after kit presentations in the morning, with lots of high energy fielding circuits & team drills, followed by some centre wicket game scenarios ahead of 2 T20 fixtures vs Latvia.
•
Weekend was topped off with 2 resounding wins by the Wolfpack 🐺 excellent contributions throughout the team with everyone stepping up with runs & time in the middle, wickets, along with some excellent fielding 💪
•
We’ll be back over in 2 weeks time with more fixtures ahead of the World Cup qualifiers in Denmark 🇩🇰 🏏

🐺🇪🇪 The Eesti Wolfpack continues to strengthen ahead of our ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier campaign this July!

We’re excited to welcome Paul Edgeller to the Estonian Men’s National Team setup as our new Technical & Performance Coach, working alongside Head Coach Steffan Gooch. 🏏

Paul brings a wealth of international and high-performance coaching experience to the Wolfpack. He is the owner and Head Coach of PEC in England, a former Head Coach of the Gibraltar and Hungary Men’s National Teams, and holds both an ECB Level 3 Coaching qualification and the prestigious Elite Level CoachEd Accreditation through Gary Kirsten.

His coaching journey has also included roles within Cambridgeshire Cricket and Lincolnshire County Cricket.

Paul will join the squad during upcoming training and match weekends and will travel with the team to Denmark this summer. 🔥

January rolls around, and it means one thing for Cricketers and Cricket clubs - Pre-season is here 🥳 🙏

Our coaches are available to help assist all clubs with their winter delivery this year 👏
Something as simple as:
1️⃣ - A coach to bring structure into a session - currently you’re just doing nets but feel like you’re needing a bit of substance to the session! 🤔
2️⃣ - More facet focused - we can assist with bringing in expertise about a single facet - you club needs a bit of extra help with the bat as as a whole you struggled last year? We’ve got you covered 👊
3️⃣ - Someone to add a tactical element to your sessions. Nets woo for your club, but you struggle to get a real challenge from players of varying abilities - adding scenarios can challenge players to adjust to the situation and bat accordingly! Much like in a game.

2025 has been a wonderful year of Cricket coaching. We’ve delivered some excellent sessions and worked with a variety of participants, clubs and working in different counties.
