Sorry for the hiatus, guys! as you can see I've been working hard over the Christmas Break... 🍻

In all seriousness, its good to remember that there is always going to periods of the year where your routine is going to have to take a hit and you're not going to be able to hit every macro or training session perfectly.

The goal isn't to be perfect for 12 days; it's to be consistent for 12 months. Don’t stress the missed sessions and cherish the memories made instead. We’re in this for the long haul.

Batteries recharged. Now, it's time to get back to it. Who else is ready to start the year strong? 💪

Here’s what my own training looks like at the moment - and why I love it!

I’m building my training around the three pillars that help me move better, feel better and perform better in everyday life:

Getting stronger isn’t only about lifting weights. It’s about feeling more capable in your everyday life and noticing those small wins that make a big difference.

I always try to make progress feel achievable instead of overwhelming. Fitness should feel good, and that’s always the goal.

🔹 Move often - movement feeds your joints and keeps them smooth, not stiff.
🔹 Build strength - strong muscles protect your joints and help you move with control.
🔹 Balance mobility + stability - you need both freedom and control to stay pain-free.
