Sorry for the hiatus, guys! as you can see I've been working hard over the Christmas Break... 🍻
In all seriousness, its good to remember that there is always going to periods of the year where your routine is going to have to take a hit and you're not going to be able to hit every macro or training session perfectly.
The goal isn't to be perfect for 12 days; it's to be consistent for 12 months. Don’t stress the missed sessions and cherish the memories made instead. We’re in this for the long haul.
Batteries recharged. Now, it's time to get back to it. Who else is ready to start the year strong? 💪
