Hi guys,

Just to let you all know that I am now back in the clinic and working so get in touch if you are in need!! Or just need a maintanance check over Pre season? Hope everyone's training plans or personal goals are going to plan.! 🙏

I'm now back on the bike and in the pool so just the running side of things to be worked on now!!👊

For me my goal is to be 85mile bike fit by May!!?? What's yours!!?? 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♀️💃

Good morning everyone. So my long awaited knee arthroscopy has come through. As ive been unable to compete for 18 months due to an old horse fall injury im hoping this will give me an opportunity to return!!
So far for what is planned, I've been told I will be offloading and on crutches for 6-8 weeks. This means I will be out of clinic for this period of time and unable to do treatments. Obviously the rehab will be long winded but hopefully worth it! 🙏 Date is 27th Jan.

This doesn't mean I am not contactable for help or advice so please don't hesitate to call. The osteopaths in clinic are brilliant so I am sure they will accommodate any urgent cases in my absence.

For anyone who has pre paid treatment/rehab plans I am offering unlimited videocalls to assess and keep you progressing in your programmes to keep you on track till i can see you. We did this in lockdown so we can do it again! I can guide you through the new exercises and self treatment techniques to make sure you are happy to tolerate the progressions. Please email and message to arrange anytime.

If you need to book in before I go there are limited spaces left so get in touch ASAP!! 😊

Good luck to Paula and Jason Hurd they are taking on the challenge of the MDS in fuerteventura in Spain!!! The training has been hard and we've been keeping on top of treating those niggles but they made it and start tomo!! 👊🏃⛰️ have fun guys!! 😉
