Happy dance every time 😁

When I started these classes I never knew if it was going to be a success, but receiving these messages from new mums saying their physical and mental health are better from attending classes and that they’ve booked more classes for the future, it makes me so happy! 😁

Also dose of reality with Pokémon cards all over the floor, playmobil in the background, airer in the corner and the dog living her best life in the doorway 🤣

Thank you to all that joined me at Long Melford this week for a warm circuit session!
I love these sessions- it’s so inspiring being in a room of mothers, putting their mental and physical wellbeing first whilst also inspiring their children at the same time 🥰
So lovely to have so many children join in for the whole session- I think everyone had a turn doing the shuttle run with 2 year old Greta 🤣 she definitely got her steps in!

Summer body all year round ☀️

I totally understand not feeling the same in your body when you are in the postpartum stage- it looks like you but it’s not you and nothing quite fits like it used to. Remember that you have grown and birthed another human being and that’s bloody amazing!
Go shopping! Find some clothes that make you feel good 😊
And if you’re wanting that summer body- remember you already have it! Pop a swimsuit on and go for it 👙

Your kiddos won’t remember what your body looked like- they’ll remember that you got involved and played in the water 🥰
