Rob Loach Fitness Any type of fitness training available in a fully equipped cabin gym. Weight training with free weig I am a qualified PE teacher and have been a headteacher.

I have taught physical fitness for 30+ years and have a BA(hons)degree in Sport studies. I have competed as a powerlifter, bodybuilder, I have run half marathons, competed in triathlons and the adventure series, I even got through to the auditions as a competitor for Gladiators.
