I am very excited to announce the opening of my own personal training studio in Long Itchington!

I have had the garage converted into a fully equipped training facility which can accommodate 1:1 and 2:1 sessions!

I have 6 years of experience helping people to achieve their goals, whether that's general weight loss, weight loss for special events, increasing muscle mass or improving performance for sports.

I am also qualified in pre and post natal training and have personal experience exercising throughout the pregnancy and post birth.

I currently have spaces available on
Mondays 5pm & 6pm
Wednesday 5pm, 7pm, 8pm
Thursday 6pm, 7pm, 8pm

We have a special introductory offer

£125 for a 4 pack including gym/home workout plans and nutrition advice.

30 minutes tester sessions available for £8

Am I really leading a healthy lifestyle?

Going back to my beginnings in training and even personal training I can assure you that what from outside looked a healthy lifestyle, wasn't and didn't feel like it at all.

You'd think someone who exercises six times a week and eats chicken with rice and broccoli for dinner every day would be pretty healthy.

Hell no!

Far from the truth...

The same person would binge eat every weekend justifying it as a cheat meal. Deprived from food variations and little pleasures I would overeat on all junk you can imagine.

It was the time were I wouldn't eat my mum's dinner, because it wasn't "healthy enough", the time were I wouldn't touch cheese, pasta, bread - everything was a no, too calorific and too fat.

It was the time were you could call me a cardio bunny 🐰 because you'd see me running on a treadmill every day.

It was the time where I would weigh myself every morning and if the number went over 63kg I would be very angry and disappointed with myslef.

It was the time where I would smoke up to 15 ci******es a day, saying it doesn't affect my fitness. Stressed and tired all the times I was in denial.

Healthy? Not really.

I'm so happy now that I'm in a completely different mindset. Happy with myself, 10kg heavier - yet leaner and more muscular. Checking my weight once a month. Smoke free. Allowing myself for less nutritious food if I want it but having a foundation of healthy and varied good quality foods. Training varies too, a mix of combat sport, weights and cardio - never forcing myself to train when exhausted.

Feeling truly healthy and happy despite a few injuries.

A balance and a respect for my body are two main things I had to learn. Richer in those experiences I encourage everyone to take it slowly and not fall into extremes ❤🙏

Testimonial from Holly ❤💪

I have been training with Amanda for almost a year now and cannot recommend her enough! From our first session she found out my goals and tailored my workouts to achieving them. As we progressed she learned what I liked and disliked and kept me motivated by changing the routines often. I have learned a lot of new exercises and feel so much more confident in using weights.
She has always been happy and chatty during our workouts yet has still pushed me.
In the last 5 months she has helped to keep me active in a safe way throughout my pregnancy so far. I will definitely continue with her postnatally to get back to where we were!

I have been working with Amanda now for over a year and have enjoyed it throughout the whole process!

She has been easy to get along with and I can chat to her about anything.
It makes our sessions more fun when we can chat a bit and it can distract me from the heavier weights I’m pushing myself with.
Amanda has listened to the things I like and don’t like and incorporated these into my plan, but she never fails to help push me to my limit.
I generally hate the barbell, but from working with Amanda I know have enough strength in my back to be able to use a barbell without it causing me pain.

I also have a shoulder injury and she has always been very mindful of this and considered this throughout all the plans!
I feel so proud to have been able to increase reps and weights in a lot of my workouts. Amanda encourages me throughout and this helps. I remember her saying “POWER” which helps me in other workouts I do alone!

She was great in reviewing my food, my steps and my exercise for the week. This kept me motivated. She always set me up with workouts to do in-between PT sessions.
One of my main aims was to get my stomach fat down and I know you can’t ‘spot reduce’ but through working my entire body in the way we did it has had some great results and I am so much more confident in my body.

I would recommend Amanda for PT any day and if she wasn’t relocating further away I would 100% be working with her for the foreseeable future! Thanks again Amanda :)

I joined David Lloyd in Coventry on January 3rd 2019 (my 29th birthday), after a food filled Christmas and years eating and drinking all the worst things I thought it was time to get to the gym and get myself in shape. To start with I thought I would do the bodytrax machines and see where I was starting from and it wasn’t great reading, weighing in at 84kg, 24% body fat and the metabolism of a 45 year old, safe to say I wasn’t in good shape!
I decided to do lots of Blaze classes (HIIT Training) and cut down on calories. I did this for a month or so and felt I wasn’t really getting anywhere, so I thought ok, maybe I should cut some more calories and be in a calorie deficit, which I did to a point where I was barley eating anything through the day. Until one evening I went to do my usual Blaze with Amanda and quite literally felt ready to pass out and had to stop,
At this point I spoke to Amanda and arranged a nutrition session to see what I was doing wrong (which turned out to be a lot) and to try and get some guidance as I just was not getting anywhere with the tried and tested internet searches for how to lose weight! Amanda completed a full evaluation of my diet and gave me guidance on food, calorie intake and macro splits and I also decided to pick up some PT sessions to try and get some expert advice.
The best decision I have ever made – Amanda built my training plans and refreshed them to keep them interesting every 4 weeks, she gave me a food menu on portion control information to follow and from this point I finally started getting results. I spent the next 6 months moaning about pretty much everything, the Bulgarian split squats and deadlifts but every session I learnt something new, weather that was about the right form, the right food or the right attitude each session helped me to grow and without Amanda I would have given up with the gym for the 500th time in my life.
Now weighing 68kg with 12% body fat and the metabolism of a 16 year old I feel great and in great shape to look after my dog and my 3 month old little girl. It’s no exaggeration to say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since I was actually 16. If you struggle with routine, struggle with diet and all the conflicting advice around then book a session with Amanda and you will be guaranteed to get results and have a great laugh along the way! :)
