Move the hips correctly in the golf swing !
Some golfers have a lot of weight in the toes at impact which doesn’t allow the hips to clear fully in the downswing making it difficult to extend the arms down the target line.This encourages an early release of the hands leading to inconsistency.
Practice setting up with your backside touching a wall.
As you build up the backswing through your right shoulder you should feel your back right pocket press more against the wall.
This helps the left hip clear in the downswing increasing the hip rotation through impact making space for the arms to extend down the target line.
You will now be able to release the body fully towards the target with all the weight finishing outside the left heel.The result is shots that start straighter and carry further making you a happygolfer like Kieran!
