Sessions are individually tailored specific to your needs, goals and stages of pregnancy. most personal training sessions are done in the comfort of your own home, i come to you and bring all the equipment that will be needed. I have

been a qualified personal trainer/anti natal instructor for 8 years, focusing on people like you achieve your health and fitness goals. Because of the complexity of pregnancy a specific qualification should be taken when training pregnant ladies that have baby and bump, so rest assured you can have piece of mind that your in safe hands when achieving your goals. So why is this for you? You might ask? Pregnancy is an incredibly difficult time, hormones are up and down, excess weight gain, that can put a strain on your joints and body. Exercise is a great way to feel great and feel positive in yourself releasing natural endorphins to help you feel great on a daily basis. The benefits you will get from working with me at mummy tummy training.

• Gain less weight possibly up to 7lbs less than if you didn’t train at all.
• Labour and delivery time will be easier if you’re having a natural birth, strong core and cardio vascular system gives you more energy to push baby out.

Hope your all keeping well at this current time, taking on new clients very soon, saw this and thought I would share it, all of these ladies are the same weight of around 150lbs.
When monitoring a clients weight loss results we take into consideration body type size and shape.
The point im trying to get across here is not to always look at the scales when working with clients sometimes the mirror and progression pics are the best way to see results.

Afternoon all.... bit of a gloomy wet one but still not letting that stop us from achieving our goals , bit of deload session today with required rest over the weekend.
On target and a 6lb weight loss already and fitness and recovery time all ready improving.
Did some band exercises today just to stimulate the muscles and some sprints to gauge how quickly Jordan recovers and catches his breath.
Increasing intensity in coming weeks to keep gains both in his fitness and weight loss.
Well happy ,for me there isn't a better feeling than helping people achieve there goals and seeing those results happen.

Afternoon hope your all well another great session in the sunshine today , typically i work with female clients but still happy to help out anybody with a goal.
Jordan came to me wanting to improve his fitness to help with his fire service career, and I was more than happy to help, so working on cardiovascular fitness and core strength all which will help in job related training, typically set a 16 week progressive workout that will help improve his fitness and his ability to do the job he wants to do.
Feel healthy be healthy, maybe you want to lose a bit of weight or have more energy to play with your children.

Good afternoon guys and girls, so with this covid 19 pandemic affecting so many people I thought I would drop in some foods that help give your immune system the boost it needs which may help prevent illness and also speed up recovery time from being unwell.
So many times we work long hours put our body's under lots of unwanted stress which in turn can make us feel run down and tired, I know myself have been guilty for this in the past.
The easiest way to describe it to people is that our body's are like high performance cars that need high performance fuel , put rubbish fuel in and over time the car will start to suffer our body's are very similar.
Here are a few different types of foods that you can add to your existing diet if you don't already.
I'm not saying you need to eat all these foods but try a couple you like and see how you feel, that combined with regular exercise and healthy eating will strengthen your immune system and generally make you feel good.

Afternoon everyone :) People ask me on a regular basis about diet plans and food diarys and I'm very happy to help people come up with a plan that they can stick too, most diets people do when it comes to weight loss and eating healthy work better than eating junk food obviously.
The key is being consistent so that means sticking to a diet plan that works well for you and your lifestyle.
The main consideration is calories in vs calories out meaning if you burn more calories than you eat you will start to burn fat and loose weight :).

Good evening . So I saw this recently and it made me think if it was a good idea , knowing how much effort it takes to burn the calories that we eat from certain foods??.
I guess it's makes sense and it may well put people off going in the fridge and eating bad food.
Whats your opinion on it , would it help you on your healthy eating and fitness journey??
Saying that on the flip side when you have pregnancy related cravings would this even deter you from eating your favourite snack :p
