Huge congratulations to Millie and Ella on proudly representing Ireland U19s at the School Games National Finals in Loughborough over the weekend! ☘️🏏
Everyone at Bready Cricket Club is incredibly proud to see our girls performing at such a high standard on the national stage. The team put in some fantastic displays across the tournament to secure a well-earned second-place finish behind Team Dean in the Ebony Rainford-Brent T20 Cup. 🥈
Invaluable match experience and brilliant learnings to take into winter training as preparations build towards the 2027 U19 Women's T20 World Cup! 🌍💪
We are also sending massive support and best wishes to Mansi for a very speedy recovery after picking up an injury and having to head home early. The whole club is right behind you! 🤕💚

🏆 Double League Champions! 🏆

A massive congratulations to our Bready Under-13 Boys and Under-13 Girls, who were presented with their league trophies this evening by Davy Scanlon from the North West Cricket Union !

Securing both league titles in the same summer is a fantastic achievement. Every single player across both squads played a vital role in making this season such a huge success, showing immense dedication, teamwork, and skill from start to finish.

A special word of thanks to our coaching team:

- Colin, Robert, and Josh for their hard work and guidance with the boys.

- Alix and Alana for their outstanding leadership and coaching with the girls.

We also want to give a huge shout-out to all the parents and families for their tireless support, lifts to matches 🚗, scoring 📖 and helping out behind the scenes all summer long. We couldn't do it without you. ❤️❤️🙏

Yesterday the 1st XI played there last home game of the season and secured a tense rain effected 3 wicket win over Coleraine CC.

Bowling first, Coleraine were bowled out for 132, with David Scanlon claiming 4 wkts and 2 each for Kenzie Hall and 15 year old Cameron McClay.

A special mention to 14 year old Khartik Shukla who claimed his first Senior wicket and we’re sure it’s the first of many.

In response, a nervous start was eased by a 50 run 3rd wicket partnership between Kenzie Hall (50) and David Rankin (20), but a few wickets and a rain delay and a revised target, meant 35 runs were needed off 9 overs.

When heavy rain arrived again, a well played 16no from Charlie Downey hd reduced the deficit 9 runs required from 3.4 overs, and DL had the 1st XI ahead of the Par score to secure the win.

The result quelled any thoughts of a relegation Play Off and with one match to go a top 3 finish is a possibility.

Well done Ryan and squad!! 👍

A big shout out to Aaron Cooke who scored his first century yesterday, in a brilliant win for the 2nd XI over North Fermanagh.

What a ton it was off 62 balls, including 9 fours and 9 sixes!!

Well done Cookie and the 2nds!!

The 2nds have now finished their season and currently sit top of the table. All eyes now on how North Fermanagh CC who play Drummond CC next Saturday..

Well done Dale and the 2nds on a great season!!
