✅Empowering Young Women! 💪✨

Session One of our Health, Fitness & Self-Defence Program took place last night and was a huge success! The amazing young women of Enagh Youth Forum gained valuable new skills at MJ's Total Fitness building confidence, strength, and resilience.

A big thank you to everyone who took part! Looking forward to the next session! 👊🔥 Big thanks also to MJs instuctors Michelle, Bob and Steve!
