OHM Sports and Fitness Coaching (formed in 2014,) aim to increase participation in physical activity and general well-being with the hopes of enriching lives, increasing physical and mental motor-skills and building confidence in children and adults alike. We believe passionately in “Sport for all” and “Fitness for all” by bringing ‘Motivation To Your Location’. We offer the following services:

-Primary School support
-Sports clubs (within the London M25 area)
-PPA Cover
-Lunchtime Leaders (enquire for more info)
-Afterschool Sports Clubs
-Group/One on One Coaching (various sports and activities)
Group/One to one Personal Training
Holiday Sports Camps

We take pride in providing parents and schools with safe, active and affordable alternatives for their child(ren), as well as catering for Birthday Parties and other special events. OHM Sports & Fitness Coaching is looking for enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join our team and work across schools within the borough.

✅ Part-time opportunities
💷 From £13 per hour, depending on experience
⏰ Availability required between 7:30am–6:00pm
⭐ Experience is desired but not essential

🍃🌿 NATURE FACES 🌿🍃

Today we headed into our forested area to get creative with nature! 🌳👀 The children collected leaves, sticks, flowers and other natural treasures before turning them into the most adorable little nature faces! 🥰🍂🌼

We loved seeing everyone’s creativity come to life and watching the children use the natural world around them to create something completely unique! 🌿✨
Nature + creativity = the perfect combination! 💚🍃

🎨🐉 TODAY’S ARTS & CRAFTS AT ORCHARD! 🐉🎨

Our young creators had an amazing time bringing their imaginations to life by making these fantastic 3D Dragon Hand Puppets! 🌈✨

From colouring and cutting to sticking and creating, everyone put so much effort into making their dragons unique, and the results were absolutely incredible! 🐲💚 We love seeing creativity shine through every masterpiece.

We can’t wait to see what we’ll be making next! 🤩

Week 2 of Summer Camp has been one to remember! ☀️💙

From action-packed games and creative activities to cooling off with an epic water fight 💦, every day has been filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

A huge thank you once again to the amazing for delivering another fun, interactive, and engaging first aid workshop. As always, it was a massive hit with both the children and the adults, and we loved having you back with us! 🩹👏

Thank you to all of our incredible campers, families, and staff for making another week so special. We can’t wait to see what Week 3 has in store! 🌟

✨ Last Week’s SEN Camp Recap ✨
What a fantastic week we had! 💙

From exciting activities and creative crafts to lots of laughter, smiles, and new friendships, every day was filled with unforgettable moments. Seeing our children grow in confidence, try new things, and have so much fun together is exactly what it’s all about.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing families for trusting us, and to our incredible team who go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, included, and celebrated.

We’re already halfway through our next one! 🌟

A huge thank you to the wonderful for delivering an engaging, hands-on mini first aid workshop for our children. From learning how to help others to building confidence in an emergency, it was fantastic to see everyone getting involved and having so much fun while picking up such important life skills. 🚑🩹

We love giving our campers opportunities to learn through exciting, interactive experiences, and this was definitely one to remember!

Thank you again for spending the day with us – we can’t wait to welcome you back! 💚
