CONSISTENCY

One of the biggest things I hear is:
“I’m going to get back on it” or “What’s the best program…?”
It always comes down to consistency, how long can you keep it up, can you see yourself doing this in a years time? If the answer is no then you’re probably doing too much.
Build slow and steady, month by month, and it will start to make sense.
This is what I try to teach clients i’m working with, to imprint the important foundations first.
