We have changed our timetable on a Saturday slightly from this week.

9am - Pilates Matwork - First up in our Yoga & pilates studio to help kick start the weekend is Sandra and her Pilates Matwork class. This is a fun, energetic class guaranteed to build amazing core strength, improve your posture, and provide an energising full-body workout.

10.15am - Yang to Yin - Karren’s class is all about creating balance. The Yang section of this class is dynamic and transformative to give a revitalising start to your weekend. Karren's creative Vinyasa flow will energise and boost the metabolism.
The Yin section is more grounding - harnessing the internal heat of the body to deepen and immerse yourself in Yin Yoga postures to develop flexibility and mobility. This class is the perfect start to your weekend, bringing balance and well-being.

11.30am - Pre Natal - Laura’s class is all about preparing you and your body to cope with the physical and mental demands of pregnancy and childbirth. Yoga asanas (postures) combined with pranayama (breathing techniques) will maintain strength, flexibility and promote relaxation.

Join me for a new reformer class Tuesday evening at 7.45pm x

So close to our reformer studio opening once again - just 5 more sleeps!

We have missed so many Reformer classes over the past year, so we have made sure that we put on enough classes throughout the week to help you all get back on the reformer.

For those that are regular to the reformer class, you will find many classes to suit your needs including our popular Dynamic Reformer class and Power Reformer. These classes are designed for those of you that have an understanding of the reformer.

We have added a new - Open Level class on a Tuesday evening at 7.45pm with Sandra.

Our open-level reformer classes are perfect if you have practiced a little pilates before or you have a moderate level of fitness.

We also have our 5-week Introduction to Pilates reformer course if you are completely new to the reformer. Our May courses are full but we still have availability our June dates starting on Monday 21st June at 6.30pm or Thursday 24th June at 7.45pm. Be quick to book as these sell out extremely quickly. The course costs just £60, which saves you £40.
