She has her own dance company BollyRed based in London. She is a degree holder in Bharatnatyam and trained in Salsa Bachata from California-USA. Aanchal Gupta moved to the UK in 2016 from Mumbai-India and has been spreading the job of Bollywood dancing all over the UK. She studied to be an Engineer and was working as a software developer before she decided to quit and take up dancing full time in

2011. Since then has been sharing her love for dance in many forms. Soon she aims at building up a dance space that is welcoming and affordable to all. Dance for Mental Health: Dance and Music are two things that will always leave you with a smile and refreshed. Lockdown has been tough for everyone and for many dance has been an escape, an activity that lets them break out from the daily routine and gives them time to release the stress. She is here sharing her dance journey before and during Lockdown.
