Hsin Healing

Hsin Healing Hi, my name is Hsin(Shin). I am a Yoga/Qigong/Pranayama teacher and holistic counsellor in Beckenham/Bromley.

My classes are for nurturing holistic well-being, including body, mind, and spirit. “Feel Good, Move Better, Love Yourself: Your Guide to a Healthier Life.”

Growing up in a traditional family, I was accustomed to obeying rules and hearing the phrase “it’s for your own good” from my parents. But as a teenager, I started to crave freedom and a deeper understanding of myself and my purpose. Since th

en, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. As a yoga instructor, counselor, and Reiki healer, I am committed to guiding individuals on their paths to greater self-awareness, confidence, and well-being. My approach to healing is holistic, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each person. Through 1-1 private sessions, I work closely with my clients to develop personalized plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical pain, emotional stress, or spiritual disconnection, I tailor each experience to support your healing journey. In addition to private sessions, I also lead small classes and workshops in the Beckenham, West Wickham, and Bromley areas. These experiences provide opportunities to deepen your practice, spend time with yourself and connect with like-minded individuals. If you’re ready to take the next step on your path to greater well-being, I invite you to contact me to schedule a private session. Together, we can work towards unlocking your full potential for health, happiness, and fulfillment.

Warm up for our apex pose .

When I asked “When you see this pose, what comes to your mind?”
They answered:
* pain😅
* Impossible
* That belongs to gymnastics
* Need to be flexible enough to go down

As I was easing into the pose myself, I noticed something I had never thought about before: one leg is reaching forward, one leg is extending backward... so what is my body doing right in the middle? How often in life do we find ourselves pulled in two different directions?

isn’t just about flexibility; doesn’t need to force ourselves toward the floor. Maybe it is about letting the two directions create the space. Perhaps life is the same!

we hear often in yoga, espeically when we are talking about the physical body— keeping your knees aligh with your ankles, your spine long, or your lower jaw relaxed. But in life, I’ve realised that alignment isn‘t about having everything in place. It’s about how I choose to meet myself each day.

Alignment:

Resting and saying no without guilt.

Showing up where my heart feels safe and at home.

Listening to my heart, while staying connected to my inner wisdom...even when I don‘t get it right every time.

Speaking my truth, even when not everyone agrees.

Standing by myself, even when no one else understands.

Trusting divine timing more than my own timeline.

Valuging myself, even when no one else does.

Understadning myself, even when no one else can.

Supporting myself, even when no one else knows how.

Healing without expectations or deadlines.

Honouring my heart, even when it is still holding on.

Missing someone without judging myself for it.

Remembering that letting go cannot be forced.

Choosing compassion over pressure.

Remembering that life is an experience, not a performance.

No one teaches us how to be human. There is no succee or failure in life.

Existing is enough.

So I choose to embrace all that I am.

That, to me, is alignment.

What does alignment mean to you?

I allow everything to happen; I allow everything to be.

Each breath is a miracle of life. I breathe deeply with gratitude. Without this breath, my body could not exist.
Every inhale is a reminder that I am alive.
Every exhale is an invitation to soften, let go, and come home to myself.

The slower I go, the more I notice.
The light.
The breeze.
The breath. What are you notice when you walk?

Sometimes the most important part of yoga isn’t the poses. It’s the moment you pause.
In the quiet, we begin to hear our breath.
In the stillness, we begin to feel our body.
And when we truly listen, our body often tells us exactly what it needs.
This is how I teach—slowly, mindfully, and from the inside out.
If you’re looking for a space to reconnect with yourself rather than another workout, you’re always welcome to join us. 🌿💚
