Introducing the speakers of the Wizz Air’s panel discussion for Football Forum Hungary 2026

🇪🇸 SILVIA MOSQUERA
Silvia Mosquera is the Commercial Officer at Wizz Air since July 2023. Her mission is defining the Commercial Strategy for the company, managing Sales, eCommerce, Ancillaries, Marketing and Customer Experience.

Silvia is a Chemical Engineer with a PDG by IESE Business School, and she has an important track record in the airline industry, after passing through the strategic consulting firm Accenture for 7 years. From 2006 to 2012 she was the Director of Strategy, Network and Revenue Management at Clickair & Vueling, from 2012 to 2016 Chief Commercial Officer at Iberia Express, from 2016 to 2021 Executive Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Revenues at Avianca, and from 2021 to June 2021 Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Board at TAP Air Portugal.

Michael Gandler is the Chief Business Officer at AS Roma, where he leads the club’s commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, global partnerships, and brand development. With a strong international background, he plays a key role in strengthening Roma’s business operations and expanding its global presence.

An experienced sports executive, Michael has held senior leadership roles across Europe and the United States. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Inter Milan and CEO of Como 1907, where he contributed to the club’s strategic and commercial transformation.
