I founded to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. , we just don't get enough. I am a qualified personal trainer with a YMCA level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I am also a certified 3rd Age Woman Instructor as well as a Core and Pelvic Health instructor. As a Duke of Edinburgh expedition leader, I recently achieved my level 3 in Sports First Aid. A third Dan Black Belt in Goju-Ryu Karate

It's not often that I share personal stories on Facebook but I thought this one was important. My mum had to be taken into hospital last week as she had a very very low heart rate. The wonderful Whipps Cross hospital and Barts Hospital swiftly diagnosed her and treated her with a pacemaker. She is now home and doing marvellously well. Before she was discharged, she was given a complete MOT. All the doctors that treated her, commented on how healthy she was otherwise. She has low cholesterol due to healthy eating, blood pressure is good due to healthy eating and exercise, she has strong muscles and bones due to the strengthening and cardio exercise that she does every week. Life will always throw us some challenges, but if we look after ourselves, our bodies will be better equipped to fight those challenges when we do.
