While having a bit of craic in the process.

I spent the entirety of my twenties coaching, in an industry that is fleeting for many I am proud of that.

They say if you love what you do you won’t work a day in your life, or words along those lines.

Well I disagree with that as I have put a lot into my business & clients over the years, never mind thousands of 5am starts.

I wouldn’t change it for the world, I work in an environment that’s shaped the man I am today, and met some amazing people along the way.

I’ve never properly introduced myself on social media, as my account is close to 3000 followers why not.

My name is Jordan Waring, I recently turned 30 and in 2023 I became a father for the first time. My daughter has gave me a new perspective on life.

At the weekend I enjoy cold sea dips, salted chilli chicken and going to the cinema (big up the £9.99 cinepass). I love exploring new cities and places, but equally I love being at home surrounded by my people.

I’ve been training for 15 years, I’ve dabbled in powerlifting and strongman, but my passion lies in competitive bodybuilding.

My physique goals are more extreme than many of my clients, however the same principles of training, nutrition and lifestyle all apply.

I have a degree in sport & exercise science from Ulster University, covering modules in nutrition, metabolism and biomechanics.

My vast training experience, coupled with my education has enabled me to coach hundreds of females over the last decade.

I’ve worked with female CEO’s, to stay at home mums with five kids, woman in their sixties, to girls in their twenties, complete newbies, to advanced gym goers.

My online programme has allowed me reach people as far as Mexico City, Sydney and Toronto.

I don’t think there’s a problem I haven’t heard at this stage, although people’s stories never fail to amaze me.

50lbs - Gone 🥵

and I worked together between the two lockdowns, in that time she lost a monumental 42lbs (fourth picture).

I could write a big story, but I’ll keep it short. After falling into a rut during the second lockdown (like many of us) and regaining some weight, we started working together in the last few months (first three pictures).

Sophia is now 50lbs lighter than her first ever check-in, she looks and feels absolutely unreal for it.

Your journey will never be a linear process, there will bumps along the way. A little bit of patience, and faith in the process will carry you in such times.

This is what we do, we change lives and equip people with the tools to carry on their journey forever. If you’re interested in life changing results let’s have a chat.

Balancing her final year of university and full time job, alongside her sport we applied a sustainable approach that allowed to progress accordingly. No signs of slowing down in preparation for her wedding either!🧖

30lbs down - see ye! Take a swipe across and look at that waist.. 😳

Ashleigh and I have been working together for just under a year, her progress has been phenomenal. These pictures don’t come close to doing her justice, but like a lot people who aren’t overly confident, appearances in front of the camera were a rarity.

Anyone reading this can achieve these results if you’re willing to work, be patient and trust the process. Ashleigh has quite bad asthma, so we’ve had to work around it. She could have made excuses but no she persevered and reaped the rewards.

If you’re sitting at home, and telling yourself you can’t achieve results due to a shoulder you hurt 10 years ago, or you can’t find 30 minutes a few times per week you are kidding yourself. Very rarely you’ll find someone who isn’t training around a ni**le, a busy schedule or are genuinely up against it.

Set a goal, get a plan, get moving.

Again.. well done you are a credit to yourself! Very proud coach 👊
