Yesterday’s World Cup In house comp wasn’t just a competition. It was a reminder of who we are.

A community that shows up.

The last few years were about rebuilding.
Yesterday felt like the reward.
The energy.

We’ve teamed up with our neighbours at Studio M to bring you a monthly Sunday reset — the perfect way to unwind, recover, and get your body feeling GOOD again.

If you train hard… or sit at a desk all week… this is for you.

Expect:
• A guided flow to release tension
• Focus on hips, lower back & shoulders
• Improved mobility & flexibility
• A deep, intentional rest to finish
• Forehead & neck massage with aromatherapy oils

You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready for the week ahead.
