We held our 2024 Annual Bench Championship last weekend, in memory of .terence
It was an amazing day, with superb lifting and a brilliant feel-good factor that caused a huge buzz.
Well done to everyone who lifted, helped and spectated.
Thank you for hosting our club. We love being here and we will hopefully be here a long time ahead, offering our sessions for free to members of Wimbledon Leisure Centre and Spa.
here are the results of the day, with many experienced lifters, and new ones, who will be talent to keep an eye on for the future.
