I’ve walked the walk….🦁💙
These 3 pictures are all apart of me and my journey.
I’ve gained weight, lost weight, and gained again… BUT what is more important is that at every single stage of these photos I was an ATHLETE.
This is a period of 18 months between first and last picture.
I ran a marathon in the first photo and the last, I played high level rugby, I trained 5 times a week, I ran, lifted and showed up for myself just as much as I did in the middle photo and the last.
Weight fluctuates and it doesn’t matter! What matters is long term sustainability.
That middle photo was close to bikini comp weight, eating little, no menstrual cycle. I was healthier in my body on the first photo. It function and worked.
Don’t let weight define your ability and worth. ITS A DATA POINT! That is all.
If you want to lose or gain that’s ok but remember nothing happens overnight. Let’s learn sustainability.
