Got a resistance band at home? If not, get yourself one today they really aren’t too pricey, only £4-10 on Amazon / Decathlon and so adaptable and useful for pilates!
The ‘Squats With Frontal Raise’ pilates exercise is amazing and literally works a ton of your muscles. We’re talking glutes, hip flexors, shoulders, quads. The lot. And, on a secondary level also your abs, hamstrings, lower back… Basically it’s doing you a lot of good and it’s a brilliant exercise to do!
