1,500 CLASSES. Let that sink in for a second… ✨
Today, we are celebrating something truly extraordinary: Kathryn becoming the very first member in F45 Camden history to reach an unbelievable 1,500 classes. 🏆
From the moment we opened our doors, Kathryn has been there. One of our OGs, showing up day after day, session after session. Her commitment, dedication and grit have helped shape the community that F45 Camden is today, and we simply couldn’t let this milestone pass without shining a light on the incredible human behind it.
Kathryn, you are so much more than a class count. You are one of the biggest fitness lovers and cheerleaders we know; always boosting our confidence, reminding us what we’re capable of, and believing in us long before we believe in ourselves ❤️
And then there’s HYROX… honestly, we’ve lost count. Different countries, different categories, countless races, and enough patches to start your own museum. From doubles to relays and everything in between, you’ve done it all, and with an incredible PB of 1:19 in your solo race, we know exactly how much hard work, sweat and determination went into achieving it. At this point, going pro feels like the only logical next step 👀
Of course, no Kathryn appreciation post would be complete without mentioning Ralph 🐶, the true star of Instagram. We live for the daily stories, the training updates, the impeccable sausage-dog content and, naturally, the iconic one-liners and sassy comments that keep us all entertained.
You may not love being in the spotlight, but today it is exactly where you belong. You are the first member ever to achieve this milestone, and we are incredibly proud to call you not only one of our OGs, but also a dear friend.
Thank you for every class, every laugh, every race, every word of encouragement, every burpee and rep and every ounce of energy you bring into the studio. We are so grateful to have you as part of our F45 Camden family, and we cannot wait to see what’s next.
