These are the type of subjects we are looking to bring you each and every week at Triathlon Hacks. Our team is full of triathlon nerds, geeks and devotees and is headed up by Sam whose mission is to get everyone to do at least one triathlon (which is a cunning tactic- because once you do one- you become hooked!) and is also sports physical therapist specializing in treating and preventing injuries from runners, swimmers and cyclists. Whether you have never competed before or whether you are a sponsored athlete, we hope you find some new material that will inspire you to be the best you can be and enjoy every minute of getting there….
