I have been dancing since the age of 3 and I have trained in ballet, tap, modern, jazz and contemporary. In 2005 I was a member of the opening cast of "Billly Elliot The Musical" at London's Victoria Palace Theatre. I then continued my dance training in street and hip-hop and was a member of the Urban Dance Company "Ombrascura" whose many professional engagements include Music videos, fashion show
s and stage performances. We toured the UK with dance challenge as the guest group judging the dance acts and performing. I decided I wanted to have a career in the fitness industry and completed my level 2 fitness qualification. Working as a gym instructor led me onto teaching one of my first group fitness classes, Zumba. From here I did more courses; Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba and INSANITY. To further my career I recently qualified as a Level 3 Pilates instructor, and went on to do a course for a popular new workout called BarreConcept. Even more recently I have trained in PiYo! I now teach group exercise classes in gyms all over including David Lloyd, Virgin Active, Weybridge Health Club, The Thames Club and Riverbourne Health Club; as well as having classes of my own. I feel like I have a fresh approach to my Zumba classes with new and exciting routines to wicked music. My class is suited to everybody whether you like street and commercial dance or the more Latin styles. My aim is to leave you feeling positive, inspired and ready for the next one. I have used my inspiration and love for dance to make my zumba classes exciting and unique! If you love to keep fit and dance these classes will hopefully be perfect for you.
