Day 1 of pre season training camp ✅

This afternoon, the lads carried essential fence building materials 150 meters up the fell as part of a team effort in shifting over 100 poles and 6 heavy roles of wire 💪

Tough work but they absolutely smashed it 👊

Huge day lies ahead tomorrow ⛰️🔨

It’s Mountain Race week! ⛰️

We can’t wait to welcome over 30 athletes to our training base to take on our unique hybrid fitness event 👇

2KM row
5KM C2 bike
5KM trail run (out and back route. 270M elevation)
2KM ski
50 sandbag over shoulders (50KG / 30KG)
25M sprint finish

The trail will be wet and slippery. You may need to adjust tactics accordingly and definitely wear appropriate footwear (quality trail shoes).

Doors for the event open at 8AM with the first wave starting at 9AM. Final wave at 2PM.
