Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our first few months of Q-phiit classes, it's been great and we've loved having you here, seeing all the hard work you've put in and the progress you've gained 😁
Unfortunately there will be no classes until further notice due to relocation but don't worry, we will be back and ready to pick up where you left off 😎exciting things to come for 2019 😆

Wow, our second month and everyone is showing fantatsic enthusiasm when seeing how our classes are helping them progress their strength and fitness.
It's been a great pleasure being able to coach such commited students and to watch everyone train hard and continue to improve on their personal goals.

So here's a big shout out to our top member this month, Angela.

Every session Angela will be the first one in line ready with her gym bag for a big session.

The effort Angela has put in is outstanding, always ready to push herself and she is feeling twice as strong and much fitter in just 2 months.

OH BOY!

Here we are 4 yrs later, from training and mentoring me, from working for you to working along side with you!
Within those 4 years the amount of s**t we’ve been through are so many to think about it. From people trying to break our friendship due jealousy, periods where we were thinking of going our separate ways and so much more.
But despite those situations we stood strong against them support each like real brothers do strengthening our friendship, character as individuals both in our private and professional life keeping eyes on our final goal.
Remember We are more than friends, brothers we are family NOW!
We are nearly there, I see it, you see it, we both see it.
The final stretch has BEGAN!

I'm PROUD of my hard work. Working hard won't always lead to the exact things we desire, leading sometimes to hurt even the closest ones that we love and loved. There are many things I've wanted to change; to be forgiven for or that I haven't always gotten. But, I have a great satisfaction in the blessings from my mother and father, who instilled a great work ethic in me both personally and professionally.
