We’ve had brilliant results in the past, this challenge is tried and tested and will work for you as long as you stick with it.
A two week detox to cleanse the body, no sugars, carbs or dairy. It’s not easy but it works!! If you feel this is what you could do with then get in touch for more information. You’ll get full support from our personal trainers who are on hand to help with any nutritional advice and training tips.
The challenge starts on Monday 1st July through till Monday 29th. Get in touch to get booked in and onto the challenge, £25 to members and £45 to non-members.
