London Central Free Push Hands All welcome - Every Saturday @ Regent's Park Bandstand from 2pm. All levels and disciplines are welcome to join us.

London Central Free Push Hands is a group of passionate martial arts practitioners who come together every Saturday to train, share and explore genuine internal power in push hands. We make every effort to ensure that everyone remains safe during the session. With our ethos of “by looking after our opponent we look after ourselves”, each individual is responsible for their own wellbeing and as suc
