25/26 - Time to reflect on what has been an enjoyable, yet demanding season with this group of players.
What a way to finish — securing the double and becoming National Champions and Southern Champions for the first time in over 10 years.
One of the aspects I enjoy most about coaching is the challenge that each season brings. Every year presents the opportunity to work with different players, different abilities, and different challenges, all of which contribute to the journey.
I’m fortunate to work alongside an outstanding MDT each season, continually pushing standards, learning together, and embracing every step of the process.
Our focus remains on creating an elite environment, driving high standards, and helping players understand the work ethic, commitment, and pursuit of excellence required to build a sustained professional career in the game.
