Designed to offer our members a new take on the gym experience, at Arete Gyms (formerly UrbanFitness) you will get carefully selected fitness equipment, evidence-based fitness programmes and cutting edge group exercise classes for all levels, ongoing access to education, and above all

, a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team who are here to help you every step of the way. By combining ideas and best practice far beyond health and fitness, from elite sports performance to world leading customer service, we have taken the best bits of it all to create an inspiring environment that helps every single one of our members achieve their long term active, lifestyle goals. ARETE GYMS is currently under going upgrade of equipment and facilities. Our Small Group Personal Training Studio is now open. Our Yoga and Running classes are now available with the main gym kit, Sauna and ice baths to be completed SOON. We strive to make our clubs inspiring fitness hubs and communities that once you join, you won’t want to leave!
