WORKSHOP ALERT 🚨

Ready to explore arm balances but not sure where to start? ✨

This workshop is designed to help you build strength, confidence and the foundations you need to get your feet off the ground -safely and with control.

Join me on the mat for a supportive and playful 2-hour Beginner Arm Balance Workshop on Saturday 20th June, 2–4pm at MoreYoga Canary Wharf.

In this workshop, we’ll break everything down step by step:
• How to properly warm up your wrists, shoulders & core
• Targeted drills to prepare your body for arm balancing
• Techniques for shifting weight, engaging the right muscles & finding balance without fear

We’ll explore beginner-friendly approaches to:
✨ Crow Pose (Bakasana)
✨ Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana)

Expect a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can move at your own pace, ask questions and build confidence as you go.

Whether you’re completely new to arm balances or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will give you the tools to progress your practice.

Come ready to challenge yourself, have fun, and maybe even surprise yourself 💫

Spaces are limited — book your spot now and take your first step towards lifting off. Link is in my bio.

After teaching a yoga class today, I felt completely connected to my practice, so I stayed a little longer to play, explore, and trust the process. I’m glad I did it as I’ve actually held my longest gaze-up handstand tuck ever which for me is a reminder that progress is built through consistency, patience and showing up even on the difficult days.

Some days I don’t feel strong, balanced or confident enough. Other days, like today, everything feels aligned and the body responds with ease. That’s the beauty of the journey: growth doesn’t happen only on the good days but it happens because we keep coming back.

Today’s flow felt really good.

Moving from downward dog into more challenging asanas reminded me how learning works—sometimes it feels repetitive, sometimes even boring, but that’s where awareness grows.

Each movement is a chance to adjust, refine, and get better. Progress isn’t always exciting, but it’s always happening.

Hip mobility is one of those things we all know we should work on… but it’s easy to forget until something feels tight or off.

Our hips are at the center of so many movements—walking, sitting, bending, even how we hold tension. When they’re moving well, everything else tends to feel a bit easier too.

These are a few of my go-to hip mobility exercises that I come back to regularly and share in my classes. Nothing complicated, just simple, feel-good movements that help create a bit more space and ease in the body.

Take it slow, breathe through it, and notice what feels different ✨

Save this for later or come back to it whenever your body needs a reset 💚✨
