Zumba with Lily Suitable for adults of all ages, Zumba with Lily is a fun dance workout to a lively variety of inter Hi, I'm Lily and I love Zumba!

I've been dancing since I was young and have tried out several different styles over the years. I first fell in love with Zumba a few years ago when I returned to the UK after living in Peru! Zumba classes gave me the opportunity to work-out whilst dancing to the rhythms I'd partied the night away to across Latin America! My classes cater for a range of ages and abilities and use a variety of diff

erent rhythms - so whether you've been Zumba-ing for years or are looking for a new, fun way to exercise - don't be shy to come along! If you want to join me - my in-person Zumba classes resume in June 2021, on Mondays 6.30-7.30pm, at St Ann's Church Hall in Tottenham. Book via zumbawithlily.setmore.com. Zoom classes are a slightly different format, with a 30 minute optional Zumba toning class, followed by a 1 hour Zumba class:
- Wednesday: Zumba toning 18:30 - 19:00, Zumba 19:00 - 20.00
- Sunday: Zumba toning 10:00 - 10.30, Zumba 10:30 - 11:30. Book via lilydrake123.zumba.com

All good things come to an end - and after 10 years of teaching, this will be my final term of online and in person classes. I've loved dancing with all of you and thank you so much for sharing my love of Zumba with me! I would love to see as many of you as possible in my final term of classes, even if it's been a while - don't be afraid to pop in!
