You don’t have to be a runner to be a fitness hun, lots of huns have come into the group as non-runners, but I must say… there’s been a very high conversion rate 👀👀👀

And that’s that on THAT! This message came totally out of the blue and actually made me CRY (lol) because this is exactlyyyy what I want to achieve with my coaching. The Fitness Huns is coaching that makes you super independent & able to carry on these habits beyond the coaching! I see soooo many times that people leave other coaching and drop the habits immediately, so I’m VERY proud the graduated huns are still thriving and going from strength to strength!

I still have a cutla spaces left so get in touch divas if you want to start feeling more confident in your strength training and in your SELF!! 💖💖💖

Your body is a bikini body exactly as it is!!! And if anyone is telling you otherwise… slowly back away, turn around, and NEVER LOOK BACK!

I keep seeing loads of 6 or 12 week ‘summer body shreds’ and it makes me sick that there are coaches out there profiting from making people feel bad about themselves & promising them that losing weight will be the fix! It is super exploitative in my opinion and the OPPOSITE of what The Fitness Huns stands for 🙏🙏

Lifelong habits? YES PLEASE! Sustainable routines? YES PLEASE! A coach that makes you feel good about yourself? YES PLEEEEEEEEEASE!!! 💖

THE BIGGEST SHOUT OUT EVERRRR to the iconic hun & honorary hun for completing their 110km ultra marathon over the weekend!!!

I am genuinely in AWE of them - they trained so hard, showed up so consistently, and are both proof that you can overcome ANYTHING & achieve incredible things if you set your mind to it!!! They completed all their strength sessions to stay injury-free and to get STRONG for all the elevation!
