Lie 5: You need to do endless crunches to get a flat stomach.🤔

Truth: While core exercises are important, they won't give you a flat stomach on their own. Proper nutrition, calorie deficit and good exercise routine will make your belly disappear.

Lie 6: You can spot-reduce fat.😅

Truth: You can't target specific areas for fat loss.

Lie 7: You can get six-pack abs in just a few weeks.😱

Truth: Getting six-pack abs is a long-term process that requires a combination of proper nutrition, consistent exercise, and time.

To summarise, there’s not fast way to lose fat, gain muscle and feel good in your skin. You have to do the work. 🤷

In the past, Mario has reached good shape, but has never been able to maintain it.

The reason - "Frequent overeating with high-calorie foods and drinks."

Here’s the most counterintuitive fitness tip you’ll ever receive! 😂✌️

I’ve been lifting for 13+ years.

It wasn’t all good - when I started, I was 59 kgs at 178 cm and skinny fat… 😅

When I began in 2009, I didn’t even like to train, and I knew next to nothing about healthy eating.

It took me 6 years until things finally started to click for me.

So here’s the tip:

IF IT’S SUPER HARD, IT’S PROBABLY ALSO SUPER WRONG. 🤯

I’m not saying that losing weight is easy.

What I am saying that if it’s extremely hard and you barely maintain your diet for 4-8 weeks, then you’re probably doing it wrong. 😱

Most dieters: try to lose weight fast in 1-2 months and regain it a month after because of extreme hunger and fatigue.

Successful dieters: try to lose weight slow and steady in 4-6 months and prioritize not gaining weight back to losing fast.

I used to do crash diets and never had success until I started going slow and steady.

For example, I would alway enter a 50% calorie deficit, where 10-15% would’ve sufficed.

See, losing weight doesn’t have to be like torture.

Most people think it’s exactly this and that’s why they can’t reach their dream psychique. 🤷

It's like trying to navigate to an unknown location with a dead phone battery. **🔋**

You might ask for directions and go in circles, but you won't get far without a map. 📍

That's why mentoring is so valuable.

It provides direction and helps you create a plan to achieve your goals. 🚀
