I had a session to remember on my local syndicate darenthbiglake , the last session of the season before it closed. New UK PB for me at 45lb 10oz along with 2 X 30s and 4 x 20s.

Dean Rossiter’s latest 🇫🇷 adventure dropped in the team page with a bang💥

A staggering 37 fish in a week from The Sanctuary was definitely one to remember.

Keeping things simple with a fairly basic hair rig using the Hydrolink black, a size 4 Xcalibr widegape hook and a large kicker kept the bites coming and nailed every one 💪

We saved the biggest until last!!

Mark, owner of Rigmarole put his own tackle to the test during the recent trip to Lac Serreire & Badgers Holt and banked the biggest of the trip 🐋

The week started slow for Mark, ticking off a couple of 20s after a few days but after seeing fish show at range decided to push all 3 rods out further.

Multi rigs made from Skinfull 15lb brown, Xcalibr Longshanks, Freefall clips and 1m brown tubing were deployed with pop ups over a light scattering of MB Baits enzyme and maple boilie. Just enough for a bite!

Things soon changed around and saw Mark finish up with two 50s and the biggest of the trip at 57lb 14oz
