What a weekend! 🔥 They came, they saw, they owned the floor 👊🏽

From team training at the studio to once again taking on the competition floor, we couldn’t be more proud of the BSPK teams who competed this weekend, alongside all the other incredible athletes!

It’s moments like this that remind us that training is about so much more than what happens inside the studio.
Over the weeks, they have trained together and put in the work — and this weekend we got to watch them take it all onto the competition floor.

It was brilliant to see all the hard work, sweat and teamwork from training come together on the day.

A massive congratulations to everyone who competed this weekend. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. 👏🔥

The work is done and soon it will be time!

Two BSPK Teams, training together to take on AthX Birmingham, another shot on the Competition floor.

After weeks of training, and plenty of sweat they are ready to see what their efforts produce.

A big part of this training, and what makes BSPK different, is having the dedicated space, equipment and environment to support your goals and training, without the distractions.

The training is done, preparation complete and all that’s left is compete, perform and see what they can do.
