What a wonderful weekend away for my birthday with !! Never been to Margate before but we found some great places to eat and fun things to do…even with Steve’s broken leg 🤪 Walks on the beach with Dinners .margate and a visit to the and amazing pastries and coffee from And finally a delicious massage . We’ve made to the half way mark between winter and spring. And the earth is beginning to stir. The signs of our upcoming spring is starting to show here in London. And isn’t it glorious to see even with all these grey clouds and rain?!

I lead a beautiful Yin & Reiki Workshop on Sunday, Frost to Flame, during the Cancerian full moon. Thank you to all of you that came! 💕

I’m so excited for this year! I’ve got new classes coming on the weekly schedule and workshops throughout the year.

The first addition is for all my Stoke Newington loves, Thursday evening A Vinyasa Flow and a Yin & Reiki. Back to back. So give yourself that gift of over 2 hours of yoga! Why not? You deserve it!!
