Your marathon training shoes looking a bit worn? It might be time for a refresh.
Here's the thing: running shoe foam compresses over time and loses its energy return. That cushioning that felt so good on day one gradually breaks down, and by the time you've hit 300-500 miles, your shoes are working harder than they should be.
Worn shoes mean less support, less shock absorption, and more impact on your joints. Not ideal when you're training hard.
Pop in for a proper shoe fitting. We'll assess your gait, find the right shoe for your running style, and make sure you're set up for success. Your feet (and your marathon) will thank you.
