We are a small friendly archery club, located at the Scout Centre in Wanstead Park Road not far from the middle of Ilford. Our aim is to introduce and encourage the ancient sport of Archery to all those interested both as a competitive sport and/or simple as a fun sport. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages, the youngest being about 10, to others of 70+ years, shooting together in a friendly en
vironment and showing that archery can be enjoyed as individuals or as families/groups. We are affiliated to the County Association, Archery GB (the National Society) and through them to World Archery. Please see the links at the left side of this page to reach them. We welcome anyone who wishes to try archery by frequently running Beginners courses and occasional taster sessions. Please note that anyone wishing to join any archery club must successfully attend a Beginners course first. Anyone having completed such a course at any valid archery club is also welcome to apply for membership. Also please note that all Juniors must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian, or adult, aged over 18, with prior agreement with the club, until they attain the age of 16.
