My name is Ben Talbot, qualified personal trainer, nutrition coach and owner of Talbot Fitness for the last 20 years. During that time, I have helped hundreds of people change their lives through exercise and nutrition. Working locally and personally with all my clients, I love to help everyone feel great, look great and to live a happier, more fulfilled life. I love to help and support people through every step of their health and fitness journey. We work hard but laugh along the way.
While many of us kick start the New Year with an ambitious health and fitness plan, few of us are able to stick to it. I believe my Mind and Body Life Changer will be different. With this plan and my support, I know you’ll be able to make a significant and lasting lifestyle change.
Your Mind and Body Life Changer programme for 2022 will be divided into 4 sections (each of 3 months) covering the whole year.
Mind and Body Reset
With a personal and agreed plan you can feel motivated by, accountability, group motivation and individual fitness programme, you’ll start 2022 with an easy to follow yet rewarding set of goals. You’ll also receive a personalised nutrition plan which looks at not just what to eat but the psychology behind why you eat and how to create healthier habits. We will work together on lasting lifestyle change and mindset motivation.
Mind and Body Boost
With the first 3 months under your increasingly toned belt, you will feel stronger, more motivated and have more energy. More positive. In this next phase of my programme, we’ll create and agree a new personal fitness programme and nutrition plan. All good nutrition and fitness plans will need to be adapted as you progress. This is when training ramps up a little and you will feel increasingly proud of how far you have come. And be up for challenge ahead!
Mind and Body Performance
In this next 3 month period you will learn and love how to become the very best version of yourself. With 6 months behind you, it will be critical that you remain focused and push on to a new level of training and consistency. You will continue to receive the same level of accountability and support from myself and other Talbot Fitness group members.
Mind and Body Lasting Change and Celebration
By this point you will be in a great position! 9 months in, fit, focused and feeling great. Your body will feel and look better and we will be able to look back on your own, personal goals and celebrate how far you have come. How much YOU have achieved. Your mindset will have changed and you will enjoy positivity flowing through your body. You will continue to develop physically and mentally and you will celebrate your successes with a party with other success stories.
The great thing about this programme is that you will be supported every step of the way by myself and other group members. People just like you.
Of course there will be bumps in the road. Days when you will feel self doubt and not feel like turning out or working out. Lasting change isn’t easy. But I will be there to help and support you; to get you back on track, support you through the difficult days and mindset blocks.

The Mind and Body Life Changer programme costs £100 per month.
